Connecting Square to Orderry

Integrating Orderry with Square is a tool that greatly simplifies business payments. It allows you not only to accept payments using payment links, but also to automatically record all transactions in the account, eliminating the need for manual data entry. This reduces errors, saves employee time, and increases the efficiency of financial processes.

Below are instructions for connecting the integration:

Preparing for integration

1. You have an active Square account. If not, register with Square.

2. Log in to your Square Dashboard account.

3. Go to Account & Settings > My Business > Locations and check that your location is set up correctly (business name, country, currency).

4. Open the Developer Dashboard > Sandbox test accounts section and click Square Dashboard.

5. Leave these two tabs open and go to your Orderry account to create a merchant.

Setting up Square in the Orderry

1. On the Settings > Integrations page, select Square from the list and go to settings.

2. Click on the “Integration enabled” checkbox.

3. To add a merchant (legal entity), click the “+ Merchant” button.

4. You will then be redirected to a new window where you need to click the Allow button for the merchant to automatically connect to your account.

  1. In the merchant addition window, check the “Active” box.

  2. Fill in the merchant name;

  3. In the “Account” field, you need to select one of the cashless cash registers inOrderry. This is the account where payments will be credited after successful payment from the customer. Please note that you can create a separate account for your company's current invoice on the Finance > Payments page.

  4. Check the “Shorten payment link” checkbox to send customers a short payment link.

  5. Click “Save,” and the merchant will appear in the integration settings list.

Done! The merchant has been successfully added and is now displayed in the general list. If necessary, you can create other merchants, i.e., add other legal entities.

Enabling integration

Once you have added active merchants and enabled integration, click the “Save” button. Done! Integration is enabled.
