Zadarma is a cloud-based telephony and messaging service that allows companies to communicate with clients via calls and SMS worldwide. By integrating Zadarma SMS with RO App, you can automate sending messages, order confirmations, or reminders, which greatly simplifies your work and improves communication with clients. In this article, we will look at how to connect Zadarma SMS to Orderry.
This instruction assumes that you already have an account with verified documents in Zadarma. If you don't have one yet, first create a Zadarma account, top up your balance, and verify your account by uploading documents in the My Profile > Documents section.
Important: for the integration to work correctly, you must disable integrations with any other CRMs except Orderry in your Zadarma booking on the Settings > Integrations and API page.
Step 1. Creating API keys
In your Zadarma account, go to the “Settings > Integrations and API > Keys and API” page and click the Create keys button.
An email will be sent to your email address with a link to confirm the creation of API access keys.
On the Settings > API Keys page, copy the “Key” and “Secret” values from your Zadarma account. We will need them to set up integration in Orderry.
Step 2. Creating a sender name
SenderID is a unique name or number that is displayed to the recipient when sending an SMS.
To register it:
1. In your personal account, go to the Services > SMS page.
2. On the Send SMS tab, click Add SenderID (this option is only available for legal entities).
3. Specify the desired SenderID, the country in which you will use the number, and the purpose of use (for example, for notifications or advertising campaigns). Click Send the application.
Terms and costs vary depending on the country. Detailed information will be provided in response to your email. You will also need to upload your company's certificate.
Step 3. Connecting to the Orderry
1. In the Orderry, go to Settings > Integrations > SMS, find the “Zadarma SMS” integration, and click Configure.
2. Check the “Integration enabled” checkbox and fill in the required fields:
Paste the previously copied Key and Secret keys.
In the “Sender name” field, enter your verified SenderID.
3. Click Save.
Done! The integration is enabled, and you can now set up automatic messaging or send messages manually 😉
