Learn how to link your WooCommerce store with Orderry to automatically import orders, products, and clients. Once set up, all new data is synced in real time, making order management fast and simple.

Step 1. Prepare WooCommerce API credentials

1. In your WooCommerce profile, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > REST API.

2. Click Add key.

3. Fill in the field:

  • Description – add key name (e. g. Orderry),

  • User – choose user, for which you’re creating the key,

  • Permissions – choose Read/Write option.

4. Click Generate API key.

5. Copy and save Consumer key and Consumer secret, as they are shown only once. You will need them to connect your shop to Orderry.

Step 2. Connect your WooCommerce store to Orderry

2. Click + Shop and check the Integration enabled checkbox.

3. In the Source field, select WooCommerce.

4. Fill in all the required fields:

Name — shop name;

Website URL — link to your WooCommerce website (for example, https://shopname.com/)

Consumer Key — paste the Consumer key you created in your WooCommerce profile;

Consumer Secret — paste the Consumer secret;

Location — select the location where orders from WooCommerce will be created;

Type — select the order type, that will be set for orders, imported from WooCommerce;

💡 Tip

Create a special order type only for orders from WooCommerce and configure the fields you need in it.

Managers — select the employees who will be assigned as managers to imported orders.

Please note: for the integration to work correctly, the employees assigned by managers to these orders must have the Display employee in the list of managers right enabled.

Identify products by — select the parameter (name, SKU, or Product ID) by which products from the platform will be identified when they are updated in Orderry orders. This is necessary to avoid duplication of products.

5. Click Continue.

Step 3. Match statuses and import your data

At this step, you need to match WooCommerce statuses with the corresponding statuses in Orderry.

Once you have matched all values, make sure everything is correct and click the Save and import orders button.

After that, a one-time import of orders, products, and clients from WooCommerce to Orderry will take place. The process may take some time, depending on the number of orders being imported. Thanks to further synchronization, all new orders from the WooCommerce platform will automatically be sent to Orderry, and the data in all imported orders will be updated every minute.

Please note: all orders, created within the last 2 months will be imported, except for orders with statuses Completed, Cancelled, Refunded, Failed, Trash.
