WooCommerce is one of the most popular eCommerce solutions in the world, powering millions of online stores on WordPress. It offers flexible store customization, extensive plugin support, and full control over products, orders, and customer data — making it a great choice for growing service and retail businesses.

And now, with the WooCommerce integration in Orderry, you can automatically import orders from your WooCommerce stores, along with products and client information, and manage them all in one system.

How the Integration Works

Once your WooCommerce store is connected, the Orderry automatically:

  • imports all new orders from WooCommerce;

  • adds products from those orders without manual entry;

  • creates new clients (if they don’t already exist) based on the order data.

After connecting, all WooCommerce orders with statuses Processing, On-hold, and Pending Payment from the last two months, as well as all new ones, will automatically appear in the Orderry.

Orderry checks for new orders and updates product details automatically. Products added to imported orders are not deducted from stock, so you can control fulfillment and inventory movements manually. In each order you can view the last update time.

You can also update one or several orders manually (no more than once every 10 minutes).

Connecting Your WooCommerce Stores

In Settings > Ecommerce Connect, you can connect any number of WooCommerce stores in just a few minutes.

To connect a store, specify:

  1. Store name.

  2. Your WooCommerce website URL.

  3. Consumer Key and Consumer Secret (generated in WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > REST API).

  4. The location where orders will be created.

  5. The type of orders to create in Orderry.

  6. The method for identifying WooCommerce products in the Orderry (to avoid duplicates).

  7. Managers who will receive new orders (you can assign one, several, or all — in which case orders will rotate among them).

After entering the data, click Continue and map WooCommerce and Orderry order statuses for automatic two-way sync.

When it’s done, click Save and import orders — synchronization will begin.

All orders with statuses Processing, On-hold, and Pending Payment from the past two months will appear in the Orderry. If there are many, the initial import may take a bit longer.
