Managing calls in Orderry just got easier. Until now, telephony settings were scattered across several sections. From now on, all settings related to telephony and calls are gathered in Settings > Telephony. No more searching or jumping between different pages — everything you need is now neatly organized in one place.

What You Can Do in Telephony Settings

  • Connect your telephony provider to start making and receiving calls, track all incoming, outgoing, and missed calls, and generate AI-powered transcriptions and conversation summaries.

  • Automatically create inquiries for missed and answered incoming calls so that no potential client slips away.

  • Set up automatic task creation for missed calls to make sure your employees never overlook an important client.
