Services/works can be repriced for various reasons and under various conditions, with the markup changing rather than the cost price. This article describes possible ways to reprice services and labors in Orderry.

For example, you have already created a “Promotional” price with a markup of 20% of the cost price, and you want to change it to 30% of the cost price for all services/labors.

To do this, go to the “Settings > Prices and Discounts” page and delete the current “Promotional” price for services. After that, create a new “ Promotional” price with the required markup percentage. This price will automatically apply to all existing services/labors.

Please note that if you simply edit the markup, it will apply to new services/ labors. All old services/ labors will remain with the old “ Promotional” price.

For example, you have already created a “Promotional” price with a markup of 50% of the cost price, and you want to increase the “Promotional” price by 6%.

To do this, go to the “My Company > Services” page and “Export” the services/labors. The downloaded Excel file will contain all services/ labors with all current prices.

Calculate the new price from the current promotional price using the formula. Then enter the resulting prices in the “Promotional” price column and save the file.

Important: do not change the values in the “ID” column, the location of the columns, or the column names. Otherwise, the system will not be able to recognize the file correctly and may download incorrect data.

Then, on the “My Company > Services” page, click the “Import” button. Attach the saved file and import it. The promotional prices will change according to those specified in the file.

You can also use this method for partial repricing of services/ labors. To do this, set the values for the desired services/ labors in the file and save it. Then import the file on the “My Company > Services” page.

This method can be used for individual changes in the service/labor prices.
