Order Card Improvements in Board View

In Settings > Forms Editor, you can configure which fields to display on the order (job/ticket) card in Board view. Now we’re introducing several improvements to this card based on user requests.

Display of the vehicle license plate. If the order card displays a vehicle as an asset, the license plate number is now shown alongside the VIN. This makes the Board view even more convenient for automotive service businesses.

Display only filled fields. In the Forms Editor, you may have marked many fields to be shown on the order card, but not all of them are always filled in. To keep the order card in Board view as informative and compact as possible, it now displays only the filled fields.

Client Card Improvements

The client card has also received several updates that make it easier to view and process information:

  • If the client is linked to an organization, you will now see not only the company name but also the person’s job title.

  • Phone numbers are now displayed separately, each with its own label.

  • When you hover over a phone number, you can view the chat history for that number (for number-based channels) and immediately jump into communication with the client.
