Bulk Duplication of Client Orders

Need to duplicate multiple client orders (tickets/jobs)? Save time by copying several at once using the new bulk action in the Orders table. Simply select the orders you want, click More actions, and choose Duplicate.

The new orders will already include all data from the originals — type, manager, assignee, client, asset (device/vehicle/other), payer, services, and products.

If you duplicate a large number of orders at once, the process may take a bit of time. When it’s finished, you’ll see a notification at the top of the page.

Also, closing client orders retroactively will be available soon. This will allow you to maintain accurate financial reports for past periods and make corrections to closed orders without moving them to a new reporting period.

Improved Incoming Call Card

The incoming call card helps you learn more about a client before answering — their order history, the status of their latest order or inquiry, and more. However, a few important details were missing.

Now, the call card also includes a complete client card showing the organization name and position (if linked to contact), contact details, assigned manager, and balance. Coming soon: not only the name of the extension number, but also its phone number.
