This article describes the features of orders created through connected E-commerce integrations, as well as how they differ from orders added directly in the Orderry.

Displaying orders in the table

The order table has a separate filter parameter — Shop. You can use it to display only:

  • orders created in Orderry,

  • orders created through connected E-commerce integrations,

  • all orders.

There is also an additional column — Shop, which displays the name of the shop. Click on it to open the page with orders on the primary platform.

In group actions, you can manually synchronize orders with the connected store. To do this, select the desired orders, click More actions > Update orders. This can be done once every 10 minutes.

⚠️Important: to work with synchronized orders, employees must have the “Can add products without deduction” permission enabled.

What does an imported order contain?

Each imported order has a store icon next to the order number. Click on it to view additional information:

  • The name of the shop where the order was created.

  • External ID — a unique identifier for the order on the platform where it was created. Click to go to the order page.

  • Created — the date and time the order was created on its original platform.

  • Last updated — the date and time the order was last synchronized with the platform. Click the update button to manually synchronize the data (available once every 10 minutes).
