At the end of 2025, Orderry introduced the ability to reserve products for client orders. Now, as a continuation of this feature, we’re happy to announce a dedicated product Reservations page in the Inventory module.

On this page, you can view and manage all active product reservations from different customer orders in a single table that includes information about:

  • reservation creation date

  • order number and client

  • product SKU, code, name, and warehouse

  • reserved quantity, reservation period (from and to), and the number of days left until the reservation expires

Once a product is deducted to an order or the reservation period ends, the reservation becomes inactive and is no longer displayed in this table.

You can filter the table by reservation creation date, warehouse, number of days remaining, and customer. You can also customize the table view by choosing which columns to display, their order, and the column used for sorting.

If needed, you can open any reservation to edit or transfer it.

You can also export reservations or move them to another warehouse — that is, change the warehouse of the product reservation — using bulk actions.
