Orderry allows you to quickly notify customers via SMS and email. You can configure automatic notifications on the Settings > External Notifications > Contacts page. Notification templates are used for sending messages, and these can always be customized.
To automatically populate messages with various data, use variables. In Orderry, there are several groups of variables for contact notification templates: Company, Client, Date.
Let’s take a closer look at the meaning of each variable.
"Company" group
{Company Name} — displays the company name from the Settings > General page.
{Company Address} — the company address specified on the Settings > General page.
{Company Email} — the email address specified on the Settings > General page.
{Company Details} — information from the ‘Details’ field on the Settings > General page.
{Company Note} — data from the “Additional information” field on the Settings > General page.
"Client" group
Variables in this group are related to fields in the contact profile.
{Client Phone Type} — displays the name of the phone number type from the contact profile.
{Client Name} — the full name of the contact.
{Client Phone} — the first phone number of the contact.
{Client Address} — data from the Address field in the contact window.
{Client Email} — displays the email address from the contact window.
{Client First Name} — the first name of the contact.
{Client Last Name} — the last name of the contact.
{Client Middle Name} - the client's middle name. Displayed only if the corresponding field is enabled in the company and has been filled in.
{Client Birthday} - displays the client’s date of birth in a format that matches the regional settings (for example, 06/21/2000).
{Client Age} - displays the client’s full age at the time the notification is sent, according to the date of birth specified in their profile (e.g., 44).
{Client Organization Tax Identification Number} - the VAT number of the organization to which the contact is linked.
{Client Business Registration Number} – a variable that displays the company's unique registration number.
“Date” group
{Today Date} - the current date in the format “21/06/2025”.
{Today Date 2} - the current date in the format “21 June 2025”.
{Today Datetime} — the date and time the message was sent in the format “21/06/2019 10:13”.
{Today Datetime 2} — the date and time the message was sent in the format “June 21, 2019 10:13”.
