Enhanced Public Order and Estimate Pages

Show more important information to your customers with new flexible settings for public pages

Updated today

It’s been a while since we last updated public pages for orders and estimates. During this time, we’ve collected and processed your feedback – and now we’re ready to introduce a set of improvements that let you share more relevant information with your customers, exactly the way you need.

All these updates are available in Settings > Public pages, so you can always decide what to show and what to hide.

New Public Page Appearance Settings

Your public pages are part of your client experience – now you can tailor their appearance to match it.

Set a background color and choose from system patterns for public order and estimate pages to make them more visually appealing and aligned with your brand identity.

Products and Services

We’ve also added more flexibility to how you display pricing details. You can now choose whether to show or hide:

  • products with zero price,

  • services with zero price,

  • discounts with zero amount.

More Order Details

Public pages can now include even more real-time information and provide better visual context. You can show:

  • actual order status, if you want your clients to see your internal statuses and clearly understand what stage the order is at,

  • order due date – to set clear expectations upfront,

  • asset images (devices, vehicles, etc.) – so clients can instantly recognize what the order or estimate refers to,

  • vehicle plate number – available for auto repair businesses.

This reduces back-and-forth communication and helps clients stay informed without needing to contact you.

Learn Why Clients Decline Your Offers

Understanding client decisions is key to improving your sales process. Now, when a client declines an order or estimate, they can optionally leave a comment explaining why.

This will help you quickly identify what needs improvement, fix any issues, and resend the offer to the client for approval.

Updated URL Variables for Templates

With the latest improvements to public pages, we’ve simplified the URL variables:

  • {Order Public Page URL} → {Public Page URL}

  • {Order Public Page QR Code} → {Public Page QR Code}

  • {Order Specialist URL} and {Order Specialist URL SMS} now work the same as {Order URL}

  • {Order Client URL} and {Order Client URL SMS} now work the same as {Public Page URL}

  • {QR Code Client} now works the same as {Public Page QR Code}

If you’re already using the old variables – no worries, they still work. However, they are no longer available in the variable list, so we recommend updating your templates before they are deprecated.

What’s Next for Public Pages

We’re also working on the next improvement – soon, your clients will be able to see comments added to products and services in orders and estimates.

So if you include important details in comments, they’ll be visible to your clients as well.
