Etsy is one of the world’s most popular marketplaces for handmade products, vintage items, craft supplies, and unique goods. It helps small businesses and independent creators sell products to customers around the world through a simple and recognizable online storefront.
And now, with the Etsy integration in Orderry, you can automatically import orders from your Etsy shops directly into the system, together with products and client information, to manage all your sales in one place.
How the Integration Works
Once your Etsy shop is connected, Orderry automatically:
imports new orders from Etsy;
adds products from those orders without manual entry;
creates new clients (if they don’t already exist) based on the order data.
After connecting the integration, Orderry imports all Etsy orders from the past two months, except refunded ones. All newly created orders will then continue syncing automatically.
Imported Etsy orders are updated automatically every 5 minutes.
Also, you can update selected orders manually every 10 minutes.
Products added to imported orders are not deducted from stock automatically, so you can manage fulfillment and inventory processes manually in Orderry.
Connecting Your Etsy Shops
In Settings > Ecommerce Connect, you can connect one or several Etsy shops in just a few minutes.
To connect a shop, specify:
your Etsy shop name;
the location where orders will be created;
the type of orders to create;
the method for identifying Etsy products in Orderry (to avoid duplicates);
managers who will receive new orders (you can assign one, several, or all — in which case orders will rotate among them).
After entering the data, click Authorize with Etsy and grant the required permissions — synchronization will begin automatically.
All Etsy orders from the past two months, except refunded ones, will appear in Orderry. If there are many orders, the initial import may take some time.
