Contact Metrics: Orders, Sales, and Bookings at a Glance

Track key contact activity faster with built-in metrics for orders, sales, and bookings — now available directly in contact profiles and the Contacts table.

Written by Hanna

We’ve added contact metrics to help you instantly understand how each client interacts with your business — without opening multiple documents or generating reports.

What’s included

Each contact now has the following metrics:

  • Orders count — total number of all orders

  • Orders amount — total amount of all completed orders

  • Sales count — total number of all sales

  • Sales amount — total amount of all completed sales

  • Bookings count — total number of all bookings

  • Bookings amount — total amount of all completed bookings

These metrics give you a quick overview of both activity volume and revenue generated by each contact.

Where to find contact metrics

You can view these metrics in several places across the system:

  • in the client card within orders, sales, bookings, and other documents

  • in the contact profile on the Documents tab

  • in the Contacts table

This makes it easy to access key insights wherever you’re working.

Filter contacts by metrics

To help you work with your contact base more efficiently, you can now filter the Contacts table by each metric.

For example, you can quickly find:

  • your most active clients

  • contacts with the highest revenue

  • clients with no bookings or sales

Use these filters to segment your audience, prioritize communication, and focus on the most valuable clients.
