How to restore channel functionality

Sometimes channel synchronization may be interrupted. This happens due to an expired API token, password changes, or access key rotation.

If your webhooks were not changed, you will continue to receive messages from clients, but you will not be able to reply to them. The channel owner will also receive a warning email stating that synchronization with the channel has been lost.

To get the channel working again, reconnect it. To do this:

1. On the Settings > Chats page, double-click the desired channel in the table.

2. Click Reconnect.

3. In the field that appears, enter the required information (depending on the channel):

  • Facebook, Instagram – log back into your account

  • WhatsApp, SMS via Twilio – Auth Token

  • Telegram Bot – API Token.

Use the current data, which can be found in your service dashboard, following the connection instructions.

4. Click Reconnect.

After the data is verified, the channel’s status will change to Active, and it will be fully functional again.

How to edit a channel

To edit a channel, double-click the name of the desired channel in the table, make changes, and save them.

How to delete a channel

To delete a channel, double-click the name of the desired channel in the table and click the delete button. After deleting the channel, old messages will be saved, but new messages will no longer be received from this channel.
