Learn about Orderry updates in August

Scheduled date on the public page

Now you can show customers when their order or estimate is scheduled to be completed – right on the public page.

Previously, customers could see the order's creation date, but not always when to expect the work to be done. This is especially useful if you handle a high volume of orders and customers often ask when their order will be ready.

How it works

There's a new option in the public page settings – Show the "Scheduled for" order field value. It's available separately for the order and estimate public pages.

When enabled, and the order or estimate has a Scheduled for value, customers will see the scheduled date and time in the Details section of the public page – right after the creation date. For work scheduled within a single day, that's one line – "Scheduled for"; for work spanning several days, two lines appear instead – "Scheduled from" and "Scheduled to".

The option is disabled by default, including for existing accounts. If the Scheduled for field is empty or the option is disabled, nothing extra shows up on the page – no field label, no empty value.
