How to Manage Incomplete Work Orders?

Learn how to make a work order complete

A work order can become incomplete in two cases: if you created a work order based on an estimate or added items to the work order without deducting them from inventory.

Incomplete work orders and products are displayed in the table with the corresponding icon. You will see a separate badge for incomplete work orders in the work orders table.

To complete a work order, open an incomplete work order, go to the editing of the incomplete product, and deduct it from stock. Under the "Quantity" field, you will see how many products you need to deduct, and below, you can specify from which warehouses/bins and how much you need to deduct. Be sure to save your changes.
