Sales are one of the main tools in Orderry if you have a warehouse or a store from which you sell goods.
Please note that to be able to sell products from your warehouses in Orderry, you have to perform posting of products on the Inventory page first.
With the Sales functionality, you can also sell services.
For example, you need to sell a service that doesn't take much time to perform (installing a glass screen protector, photocopying, trimming a SIM card). To avoid filling out the entire work order form, you can sell such services in the Sales section.
The Sales module is designed to process transactions as quickly as possible with a minimum number of clicks. It’s the perfect solution for simple “here and now” transactions. Because it prioritizes speed, the “Sales” feature has certain limitations regarding payment methods. It does not support:
combined or mixed payments (for example, part in cash and the rest by card);
prepayment or postpayment;
partial payments.
Tip: If your transaction involves complex payment terms or a combination of different payment types, use the Work Orders feature—it provides complete flexibility in managing finances.
Possible uses of Sales:
Creating sales from the Sales page, from a Lead, from the Stock page and printing documents on them
Setting up payroll calculation rules for the seller
Generating a Sales Profit report
