The “Created work orders” report shows you all orders created in a selected period of time.
The report is generated for all created orders on the “Reports > Work Orders > Created work orders” page.
There are 4 parameters for generating a report.
1. The document type allows you to generate a report for all types of documents or only for work orders or estimates.
2. Period allows you to select the period for which the report will be generated: today, yesterday, this week, current month, last week, last month, or select dates yourself.
3. Location allows you to select one / several / all locations, if there is more than one.
4. Type allows you to see the created work orders by different types.
Set the necessary parameters and click “Apply”.
The report is generated with the basic information on the order: date and time of creation, order number, order type, the employee who received the order, client and his phone number, asset. At the bottom, you’ll find the total number of orders.
You can also customize the display of columns in this report. To do this, click on the table button and check the required columns.
The report can be printed or exported to your PC as an Excel file. The Excel file contains more detailed information about the report.
