Can see Inquiries — gives access to the “Inquiries” section displayed in the right menu sidebar.
Can create Inquiries — allows users to create new Inquiries. Otherwise, adding new items on the “Inquiries” page or when receiving incoming calls from clients is disabled.
Can change status — allows users to manually change the status of the Inquiry. Without this enabled, the system restricts employees from making any modifications to the Inquiry's status.
Can edit Inquiries — makes it possible to modify the existing Inquiry dialog window. Otherwise, the employees are unable to apply any changes with the “Save” button.
Can delete Inquiries — allows to instantly remove the Inquiry with all data from the system. Otherwise, the “Delete” button is disabled.
