Can see Leads — gives access to the “Leads” section displayed in the right menu sidebar.
Can create Leads — allows users to create new Leads. Otherwise, adding new items on the “Leads” page or when receiving incoming calls from clients is disabled.
Can change status — allows users to manually change the status of the Lead. Without this enabled, the system restricts employees from making any modifications to the Lead's status.
Can edit Leads — makes it possible to modify the existing Lead dialog window. Otherwise, the employees are unable to apply any changes with the “Save” button.
Can delete Leads — allows to instantly remove the Lead with all data from the system. Otherwise, the “Delete” button is disabled.
