Overview of the Customer Support chat features

How to turn on and off the Customer Support chat

1. Log in to your Orderry account.

2. In the upper right corner, click on the Help icon.

3. Enable the Display support chat button option. The chat will appear in the bottom right corner of the screen and you will be able to contact our team immediately.

To disable the chat:

1. Click on Help again in the upper right corner.

2. Turn off the Display support chat button option — the chat will disappear, and you will no longer receive notifications about the latest Orderry news.

💡 When the chat is enabled, you can always check the system status or get quick access to the Help Center!

Features of the Customer Support chat

Here you can:

  • Message us - if you have any questions or need help, just click "Send us a message" and leave your request.

  • Search for answers in the Help Center - enter your query in the search field or browse the most popular articles.

"Messages" page

On this page you will see the entire history of your correspondence with the Support Service. All unread messages are marked with a red indicator.

If the chat is minimized and you have new messages, they will appear at the bottom of the screen. To close notifications, hover over them and click Clear All.

“Tickets” page

If you've had any previous issues recorded by the support team, they'll all be displayed on the Tickets page. Here you can view their status and get more information.

"News" page

On this page you will find all the latest updates and improvements in Orderry. Here you can learn about new features and get instructions on how to set them up for your business. To see the details, just click Learn more.

“Help” page

The Orderry Knowledge Base is your main guide to all instructions, FAQs, and useful tips. Just use the search or scroll through the sections to quickly find what you need. Easy, convenient, and always at your fingertips!

To open the full article, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Open in help center.

Remember: chat is always there to help you get the most out of Orderry!
