We know how important it is for service businesses to clearly see upcoming workload, quickly find available time slots, and manage bookings without switching between too many screens. That’s why we’ve enhanced Bookings with two new views designed to give you more flexibility and clarity in your scheduling workflow.
With the new Weekly Overview, you get a clean picture of your team’s upcoming week. And with the new Table View, you can easily filter, sort, and search booking details — all in one structured list.
Weekly Overview
A simple way to see the entire week at a glance and understand your team’s workload. Firstly, in Bookings you have now a switcher between Calendar and Table views. On the Calendar view, you can now choose between the following views:
Day – detailed scheduling with timeslots for all specialists or resources
Week – detailed scheduling with timeslots for one employee or resource at a time
Month – a classic monthly calendar for one employee or resource
Timeline – similar to the Day view, but with working hours displayed horizontally and employees or resources vertically
Weekly Overview – a compact week-at-a-glance layout that shows all bookings for all employees or resources
In the new Weekly Overview, you can:
Click any booking to open it
Create new bookings right from the grid
Quickly navigate between weeks
Use Weekly Overview to better understand workload distribution, avoid overbooking, and plan resources for the week.
Table View
A structured, convenient way to work with booking details. The new Table View displays all bookings in a tabular format containing:
Scheduled for date and time
Status
Client
Assignee
Resource
Services
Total amount
You can:
Sort by any column
Filter by creation date, scheduled for date, assignee, status, or resource
Search bookings by client name or booking number
Customize displayed columns
Create new bookings directly from this view
If your team processes a large number of bookings or frequently searches through past and future appointments, Table View gives you a fast, clean way to find and work with the information you need.
Employee Commissions for Bookings
Set up automatic employee commissions for bookings. In Orderry you can set up commissions for managers and assignees for:
Creating bookings
Closing bookings
Commission can be a percentage of total booking amount or fixed amount. Also, it can be calculated immediately or when a booking is moved to a specific status.
All calculated commissions will be displayed in Finance > Payroll calculation and in each employee profile. When the month is closed, you can accrue employee payroll on their balances.

Creating Bookings from Chats
It’s pretty common that clients contact companies via social media or messengers to find out if they can book an appointment. Therefore, you can now create bookings from Chats. Simply link chat to a contact (if it hasn’t happened automatically) and quickly create a new booking.
