Support for Bookings in the Mobile App

Easily manage your team’s schedule and client appointments right from your phone in Orderry Mobile App

We know how important it is for service businesses to stay flexible and respond quickly – especially when managing daily schedules and client appointments. That’s why Orderry Mobile App now includes Bookings, giving you instant access to your team’s calendar wherever you are.

With this update, you can view, create, and edit bookings directly from your phone, without needing to switch to the desktop version. Whether you're on the road, checking availability, or updating the schedule after a client call – everything you need is just a tap away.

Bookings on the Home Screen

The new Bookings section is now available right on the Home screen, giving you quick access to upcoming visits and your employees’ workload. It provides a clear daily calendar view for all assignees or resources, where you can easily switch between weekdays or select any date you need.

You can quickly:

  • create new bookings

  • review and update appointment details

  • check free time slots for any assignee or resource

  • filter bookings by employee or resource

This helps you stay up to date with the schedule – even when you’re away from your desk.

Create New Bookings in a Few Taps

Received a call from a client while you're out of the office? Create a new booking directly in the app. Just tap the + button or long-press the needed time slot on the calendar, select a client and assignee, add services – and the appointment will instantly appear in your calendar.

Fast Access to Bookings

By default, the Bookings section is available on the Home screen. You can also add Bookings to your navigation menu in Settings to access it even faster.

Update Your App

To start using Bookings in the mobile app, make sure you have the latest version installed. If you haven’t installed Orderry yet, now is a great time – download it from the App Store or Google Play.
