Good news – Orderry Mobile App now supports Invoices! With the new Invoices section, you can manage invoices wherever you are – whether you are at the workshop, in the office, or on the go.
Manage Invoices from Your Phone
In the new Invoices section, you can:
View all invoices in one list
Create new invoices
Edit existing invoices
Delete invoices when needed
To help you quickly find the right document, invoices can be filtered by:
Status
Legal entity
Issue date
Due date
Manager
This makes it easy to track unpaid invoices, monitor deadlines, and manage documents across your team.
Create and Edit Invoices
Creating invoices in the mobile app works the same way as in the web version:
Specify the legal entity
Select the client and payer
Set the issue date
Add orders
Add services and products
Change the invoice status
This ensures the same consistent workflow whether you work from your computer or your phone.
Quick Actions for Documents
From the Actions menu in an invoice, you can:
Print documents
Delete the invoice
This allows you to quickly manage invoices directly from the mobile app when working with clients.
Backdating Prevention in Mobile App
If your company has enabled preventing backdating invoices in the web version, this rule also applies in the mobile app. That means you cannot create an invoice with an issue date earlier than the issue date of the previous invoice, helping you stay compliant with accounting requirements.
Check if this option is enabled in Settings > General > Invoices in the web version.
Mark Invoices as Paid
To create a payment for an invoice, simply move it to the Paid status. The system will automatically register the payment for that invoice.
Automatic creation of payment links by invoice status is not supported in the mobile app currently.
Create Invoices from Orders
You can now also create invoices directly from orders (tickets/jobs) in the mobile app. This makes it easier to convert completed work into invoices and collect payments faster.
Get the Latest App Version
To start using the new features, update your app to the latest version. If you haven’t installed the mobile app yet, now is the perfect time to download it from the App Store or Google Play.
