The public page provides customers with quick access to estimate or work order details and supporting documents in a convenient online format. Here, customers can not only view information but also confirm, decline, or pay for an order. Below, we’ll look at what data is displayed on the public page.

Public page content

Basic Elements

The public page contains mandatory elements that cannot be removed. These include:

  • Estimate/Work Orders Information: estimate/work order number, creation date, manager, asset information.

  • Client information: full name, email, and phone number.

  • Table of products and services added to the work order/estimate: quantity, unit price, and total amount with taxes and discounts listed.

  • Images and files added to the estimate/work order with the “Public” status.

  • Payment history, if there have already been payments or refunds for the work orders.

❗Products photos are not displayed on the public page.

In addition, if the “Require client signature” option is enabled in the settings for accepting an estimate or work orders, the client’s signature will always be displayed on the public page. If multiple signatures were added at different stages of approval, only the most recent one will appear on the public page. You can view all signatures in the event feed.

Additional elements

In addition, on the public page settings page, you can enable the following components:

  • Company information: name, logo, address, email, etc. This information is specified on the page Settings > General > Company Information.

  • More information about the estimate/work orders: current status, asset images, deadline.

  • Conclusion / client recommendations, specified in the estimate/work orders on the Products and Services tab.

  • Language switcher, which allows the client to translate the page into a language convenient for them.

  • Accept and Decline buttons.

  • Payment button for the work orders.

Please note: if both the Accept/Decline buttons and the Payment button are configured for the same work order status, only the Accept and Decline buttons will be displayed on the public page.

Public page statuses

Right next to the order number on the public form, the status of the public form is displayed to the customer.

  • No status - if no acceptance or payment button are configured.

  • Awaiting acceptance - acceptance buttons are configured for the current status, but the client has not yet confirmed the order or it is partially paid.

  • Accepted - the public page has been confirmed, but payment has not been made (if no payment button are configured for this status).

  • Declined - the public page is declined.

  • Awaiting Payment - the Pay button is configured for the current status, regardless of whether it is accepted or declined.

  • Paid - payment has been made in full.

If the “Show actual order status” checkbox is selected in the public page settings, the same status that is set for the work orders/estimates in Orderry will be displayed.
