Step 1. Setting up your OpenCart account
Important: Integration is supported only for stable versions of OpenCart 3.x.
1. Log in to the OpenCart admin panel.
2. To continue setting up the integration, you need to download the Orderry file - https://storage.orderry.com/static/orderry-v2.ocmod.zip. Go to the Home > Extension Installer section and download the integration file.
3. Next, go to the Home >Extensions section, then select “Modules” from the extension type dropdown.
4. In the list of modules, locate Orderry API, click the edit button (pencil icon), and copy the API Token, which you will need to set up the integration.
Step 2. Connecting your OpenCart store to Orderry
1. Go to Settings > E-commerce Connect.
2. Click + Store, select OpenCart, and check the Integration enabled box.
3. In the “Source” field, select OpenCart.
4. Fill in all the required fields:
Store Name;
Store URL;
API Token — the token you need to copy from the section Home > Extension > Modules > ROApp API > Edit > API Token.
Location — select the location where work orders from OpenCart will be created;
Order Type — select the type of work orders imported from OpenCart;
Identify products by — select the parameter (name, SKU, or product ID) by which products from the platform will be identified when updated in Orderry work orders. This is necessary to avoid product duplication.
Managers — select the employees who will be assigned as managers to the imported work orders on a rotating basis.
Please note: for the integration to work correctly, the Display employee in the list of managers permission must be enabled for the employees assigned as managers for these work orders.
5. Click Continue.
After that, a one-time import of work orders, products, and clients from OpenCart to Orderry will take place. The process may take some time, depending on the number of work orders being imported. Thanks to ongoing synchronization, all work orders from the OpenCart platform will be automatically sent to Orderry, and the data in all imported work orders will be updated every minute.
Please note: All work orders created within the last 2 months, regardless of their status, will be imported.
How to edit and delete an integration
To edit integration settings, open the desired integration, make changes, and save the settings.
To delete an integration with the store, open it, click the delete button, and confirm the action.
