Ecommerce Connect OpenCart Integration for Automatic Order Import

Automatically import orders from your OpenCart store to Orderry and manage ecommerce sales, customers, and order processing in one system.

Written by Hanna

We’ve added a new Ecommerce Connect integration for OpenCart — one of the most popular open-source ecommerce platforms for online stores.

The integration helps businesses automatically synchronize ecommerce orders with Orderry, reducing manual work and helping teams process online sales faster.

Once connected, Orderry can automatically import OpenCart orders together with customer and product information, so you can continue processing them using existing workflows, statuses, inventory, and communication tools.

What the Integration Allows You to Do

After connecting OpenCart through Ecommerce Connect, you can:

  • automatically import new orders from OpenCart;

  • create customers based on order data;

  • import products from ecommerce orders;

  • synchronize order statuses automatically without manual actions;

  • manage online and offline sales in one system.

How the Integration Works

After setup, all orders from the last two months are automatically imported to Orderry. Ecommerce Connect also regularly checks your OpenCart store and imports all new orders automatically.

Imported orders include:

  • customer information;

  • ordered products;

  • quantities and prices.

You can then continue processing imported orders directly in Orderry using your standard business processes and automations.

All imported orders are automatically updated every minute (you can check the latest synchronization time in the order dialog).

You can also update orders manually every 10 minutes.

How to Connect OpenCart

To connect your OpenCart store:

  1. Log in to your OpenCart admin panel.

  2. Download the integration file and upload it in Home > Extensions > Installer.

  3. Go to Settings > Integrations > Ecommerce Connect in Orderry.

  4. Select OpenCart from the list of available platforms.

  5. Enter your store URL.

  6. Paste the API token from Home > Extensions > Modules > Orderry API.

  7. Specify the location where orders will be created.

  8. Specify the type of orders to create.

  9. Select the method for identifying OpenCart products in Orderry to avoid duplicates.

  10. Choose the managers who will receive new orders. You can assign one, several, or all managers — in the latter case, orders will be distributed automatically between them.

  11. Click Continue.

After this you can map order statuses between OpenCart and Orderry for automatic two-way synchronization. When you complete, all orders from the last two months will be automatically imported from OpenCart to Orderry.
