If you need to review requests from previous chats, you can do so in a few simple steps:

1. Find the Help button in the upper right corner of your screen. Click it to open the help menu.

2. Select “Chat to Support”. You will be taken to a chat room where you can write to Support.

3. Clicking on the arrow in the upper left corner of the chat will take you back to the main Support Chats page.

4. Click on the Requests section to view chat-based requests.
