Employees
Employees — allows accessing the Settings > Employees page.
Can view employees list — allows accessing the list of all employees in the company on the Settings > Employees page.
Can invite employees — allows inviting employees to access the account.

Can edit employee profile — allows editing employee profiles.
Can edit General tab — allows editing employee’s general information.
Can edit Access tab — allows setting up employee’s access to locations, cashboxes, and warehouses.

Can adjust employee’s balance — allows adjusting employee’s balance.
Can view payroll calculation rules — allows accessing the “Payroll Calculation Rules” tab in the employee profile and configuring it.
Can view other employees' compensation — allows accessing the “Compensation” tab in the profiles of other employees and configuring it.
Can edit their own profile — allows editing their own employee profiles.

Roles — allows accessing the Settings > Employees > Roles page.
Can view roles — allows viewing employee roles.
Can create roles — allows creating new employee roles.

Payroll calculation rules
Can view rules — allows accessing all existing payroll rules in the company on the Settings > Employees > Payroll calculation rules page.
Can create rules — allows creating new payroll rules.
Can edit rules — allows editing payroll rules.
Can apply rules to employees — allows applying payroll rules to employees.
Can delete rules — allows deleting payroll rules.
Locations ー allows accessing location settings (title, address, working hours, numbering templates, employee access) and location resources. Adding new and removing locations.
Warehouses — allows accessing Product Warehouse settings and Asset Warehouse settings (creating, editing, and removing warehouses, enabling/disabling bin locations).
Finance – access to tax and accounting settings.
Taxes
Can see the tax settings — access to the Settings > Taxes page.
Can create taxes — allows creating taxes (the + Tax button is active).
Can set up tax rules for the company — allows setting up tax rules, applying them to the company, editing, and deleting.
Can create exceptions by category and items — access to configurations of tax rule exceptions.
Can edit taxes in documents - access to the ability to edit taxes in a document.
Rounding - access to the rounding settings in documents.
Statuses ー allows accessing status settings for Work Orders and Leads (status transfer rules, status time limits, etc.).
Tags ー allows editing, merging, or removing the existing tags and viewing tag using the counter on the Settings > Tags page.
Notifications ー allows accessing notification settings (SMS, Email, and Telegram notifications for employees and alerts for clients).
Chats ー allows setting up and connecting channels on the Settings > Chats page.
Can see, create, and edit channels ー is a permission to create channels, see, and edit them.
Can see and edit channels created by all employees ー is a permission to view and edit all channels, even if other employees created them.
Directories ー allows accessing multi-level Assets Directory settings and Custom Directory settings.
Forms editor ー allows accessing Work Order Form settings, Lead Form settings, Client Form settings, Product Form settings, and Asset Form settings (user access permission to add, edit, remove fields, set fields as “required”, set the initial status, create new Work Order types, and new Lead types).
Print templates ー allows accessing Print templates settings (for Work Orders, Sales, Invoices, Labels, and Price tags).
Prices and discounts ー allows accessing product price settings (repair price, store price) and discount settings on the Settings > Prices and discounts page.
Marketing ー allows accessing Ad campaigns settings on the Settings > Marketing page.
Integrations ー allows accessing integration settings to improve your Orderry experience by Integrating with third-party services (messengers, VoIP, SMS, invoicing, marketplaces, online connectors) on the Settings > Integrations page.
API ー your API key to integrate Orderry with any external app and access the database via API methods. Note: All API actions count as user actions with a corresponding set of access permissions.
Subscription ー allows accessing subscription settings and payment options, full information about available subscription plans, information about current subscription plan, subscription price and validity dates.
Referral program ー a personal referral link found on the Settings > Referral program page for you to invite peers to Orderry. Eventually, you get 10% of referral payments back to subscription balance renewal, and your peers get a 10% discount on their first payment.
