User Access Permissions: Settings

Learn how to configure a set of user permissions for your employees to access Settings

  • General ー allows accessing General Settings (name, logo, company details, accounting, IP Whitelist)

Employees

  • Employees — allows accessing the Settings > Employees page.

  • Can view employees list — allows accessing the list of all employees in the company on the Settings > Employees page.

  • Can invite employees — allows inviting employees to access the account.

  • Can add employees — allows adding new employees.

  • Can edit employee profile — allows editing employee profiles.

    • Can edit General tab — allows editing employee’s general information.

    • Can edit Access tab — allows setting up employee’s access to locations, cashboxes, and warehouses.

    • Can edit Balance tab — allows operating employee’s balance.

      • Can view employee’s balance — allows accessing the current balance of employees.

      • Can adjust employee’s balance — allows adjusting employee’s balance.

    • Can view payroll calculation rules — allows accessing the “Payroll Calculation Rules” tab in the employee profile and configuring it.

    • Can view other employees' compensation — allows accessing the “Compensation” tab in the profiles of other employees and configuring it.

  • Can delete employees — allows deleting employees.

  • Roles — allows accessing the Settings > Employees > Roles page.

    • Can view roles — allows viewing employee roles.

    • Can create roles — allows creating new employee roles.

    • Can edit roles — allows editing and configuring roles.

    • Can delete roles — allows deleting roles.

Payroll calculation rules

  • Can view rules — allows accessing all existing payroll rules in the company on the Settings > Employees > Payroll calculation rules page.

  • Can create rules — allows creating new payroll rules.

  • Can edit rules — allows editing payroll rules.

  • Can apply rules to employees — allows applying payroll rules to employees.

  • Can delete rules — allows deleting payroll rules.

  • Locations ー allows accessing location settings (title, address, working hours, numbering templates, employee access) and location resources. Adding new and removing locations.

  • Warehouses — allows accessing Product Warehouse settings and Asset Warehouse settings (creating, editing, and removing warehouses, enabling/disabling bin locations).

  • Finance – access to tax and accounting settings.

  • Taxes

    • Can see the tax settings — access to the Settings > Taxes page.

    • Can create taxes — allows creating taxes (the + Tax button is active).

    • Can set tax rules for the company — allows setting up tax rules, applying them to the company, editing, and deleting.

    • Can create an exception for categories and items— access to configurations of tax rule exceptions.

    • Can edit taxes in documents - access to the ability to edit taxes in a document.

  • Rounding - access to the rounding settings in documents.

  • Statuses ー allows accessing status settings for Work Orders and Leads (status transfer rules, status time limits, etc.).

  • Tags ー allows editing, merging, or removing the existing tags and viewing tag using the counter on the Settings > Tags page.

  • External notifications — access to automatic notification settings (SMS, Email for clients) on the “Settings > External notifications” page.

  • Internal notifications — access to automatic notification settings (SMS, Email for employees) on the “Settings > Internal notifications” page.

  • Chats ー allows setting up and connecting channels on the Settings > Chats page.

    • Can view, create, and edit channels ー is a permission to create channels, see, and edit them.

    • Can view and edit channels created by other employees ー is a permission to view and edit all channels, even if other employees created them.
